Delivery:
After adding the item to the cart, carefully fill in the fields for ordering and make the payment. We will send the parcel in 1-3 business days, excluding the day of payment in any way convenient for you.
For Latvia:
When ordering goods for a total amount of 64 euros or more, delivery in Riga or by Omniva in Latvia is free of charge.
For orders below 64 euros, delivery within Riga or by Omniva parcel machine in Latvia costs 3 euros.
Delivery by courier in Latvia to the door costs 5 euros.
For Lithuania and Estonia:
When ordering goods for a total amount of 88 euros, delivery in Riga or by Omniva parcel machine in Latvia is free of charge.
For orders below 88 euros, delivery within Riga or by Omniva parcel machine in Latvia costs 7 euros.
Delivery by courier in Latvia to the door costs 9 euros.

Possible payment methods:
- Cash. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery. Together with the goods, goods and cash receipts, as well as a warranty card, are transferred.
- Bank transfer. After the order is confirmed by the manager of the online store, you will be sent details for transferring funds to the seller's account.
- Pay by card. After registering an order, you can immediately pay for the order and expect information about the status of your order.
- Upon receipt of the order, by courier or Omniva.
Return of goods of inadequate quality (marriage):
Please note that the actual colors of gel varnishes and varnishes may differ from the colors and shades on the site, depending on the color rendering of your monitor.
From the moment of purchase, you have 14 days to return the order back (keeping the product in the same form in which it was received).
Defective claims are accepted within 14 days after receiving the goods of inadequate quality and during the warranty period for electronic equipment (be sure to keep the packaging of the goods during the warranty period.)
If you find a defect:
Send a photo of the product, which clearly shows the defect, a photo of the label and a photo of the order packaging to info@thenail.eu with the order number and a description of the defect. The manager of the quality department will contact you during working hours from 10.00 to 18.00.
